Board of Trustees Meeting   2/2/2009
The first meeting of the RCREEE Board of Trustees will be held in Cairo from Feb 2 to 5, 2009. An official invitation letter was send from HE the Egyptian Minister of Electricity and Energy, Hassan Younis to all RCREEE member states. A pre-meeting on Feb 2, in the mid afternoon, which will take place at the RCREEE Offices, to be followed by the official proceedings of the Board of Trustees on Feb 3 and 4. For Feb 5 a field trip to the wind farms in Zafarana at the Gulf of Suez will be organized. The Board of Trustees Meeting will provide the participants with the opportunity to get updated on the recent progress of RCREEE and to discuss certain topical developments which are of importance for the region. In addition, the RCREEE organizational structure and the preliminary work program shall be finalized at the meeting.
